The band was formed in 1890? Sorry 1990 in the back of a burned
out transit van in Girvan Ayrshire from the remnants of three other relatively successful bands. The three original members, Monty, Abo & Rab have been joined by Craig & Gary to form one of the most sought after bands in Scotland.  Escapade is one of the few remaining Live bands on today's circuit, most smaller outfits use backing tracks of some description  - we don't - we pride ourselves on performing Live.

Escapade can cater for all types of functions. Although
we are a totally live five piece band we can squeeze in to the smallest of venues.
Escapade can also cater for those seeking Scottish Music, We can arrange to bring our local Squeeze box along Mr Andy Jones to provide some ceilidh music.

Escapade do not believe that sound or video clips are a good way to judge a live band as these can be easily manipulated so we don’t make any available on this site. We would advise that any one looking for a live band should come along and see us perform
